Great experience in a pleasant atmosphere. Easy to communicate with. Organized and competent unlike my previous dentist. Results from my tooth implant are excellent. Although in busy downtown Columbus, parking was made convenient & super easy.

Hands down the nicest dentist office I have been to. Here’s why: - The office feels more like a spa or an art studio; there is an indoor fountain, lovely paintings and sculptures, with calming music overhead. - Michelle did a great job with my cleaning with almost no pain, and I could watch the clouds through the floor-to-ceiling windows. It felt meditative. - I felt valued as a person. Dr. Ford and Michelle both took the time to understand my medical history as well as my personal background. It was so comforting to have a genuine human connection with them.

Dr. Ford is a great dentist. He is patient, caring, kind and funny! I have been a patient for years and will always be. Kyle, his receptionist is amazing! He has such a positive personality and he makes my visits better!

Dr. Ford is a truly fantastic dentist. Not only is he great, but so is his staff. They also have all the latest tools and imaging devices - really high tech stuff! The office is also filled with amazing plants - easily the nicest dentist I've ever been to. I'm really quite impressed with everything from the scheduling process (shout out to Kyle who's awesome!) to the actual appointment itself. In retrospect, many of the dentists I've visited previously were likely giving me unnecessary fillings. Every appointment was a filling... but not with Dr. Ford! And of course the treatments have been top-notch. Fillings and cleanings are a breeze. 10/10 - I'm never going to another dentist if I can help it!

Best dentist ever. The hygienists are gentle and kind and perform thorough cleanings. Dr. Ford is very knowledgeable, has lots of experience, and does a great job making sure I feel comfortable. The facility is very clean, yet it has a cozy ambiance that most medical facilities do not have. I actively recommend this place to everyone I know or that has recently moved to Columbus. This place is definitely it-- I never want to see a different dentist again! :)

I have been going to Dr. Ford for a while now and honestly one of the best doctors I have ever had. Scheduling appointments is so easy and fast, Dr. Ford is very friendly and knows what he is doing. I would recommend friends and family to him if they ever needed a GREAT dentist.

I'm real scared of dentists and haven't gone many times in my life. I had seen Ford recommended many places online. The care was everything it had been hyped to be. Very relaxing. Quick, friendly, knowledgeable. Then they referred me to Williams Oral Surgery for wisdom tooth extraction which was also very smooth. Thank you all!

Dr Ford is a fantastic dentist—truly professional and exceptionally social. He not only does expert work with great care, but he also makes every visit feel welcoming and friendly. He remembers details about my life, chats easily, and puts me at ease in the chair. If you want a dentist who combines top-notch skill with genuine people skills, he’s the one. Highly recommended!
